Service Description

Patients who have undergone initial PT evaluation – The main goal of a PT follow-up is to ensure that the recommended treatment plan is working as expected. Cancellation Procedure & Penalty Fee: Patients will receive a confirmation e-mail in reference to their booking. Once the booking has been confirmed, any cancellation requests must be submitted 12 hours ahead of the scheduled start time of the session. A failure to notify us within this timeframe, will result in a penalty fee of $75.00. This fee must be paid in full, before another session can be scheduled.
